EDULINK II: ACP-EU Cooperation Programme in Higher Education
The EDULINK programme provides funding to cooperation projects between higher education institutions from ACP (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) countries and the 15 EU Member States that are signatories to the 9th EDF. The aim is to foster capacity building and regional integration and to support the development of a quality education system. As Programme Management Unit, GOPA-Cartermill is responsible for overall coordination and promotion of the programme, providing publishing, events and monitoring services.
Evaluation and Monitoring of CIVITAS Plus
The CIVITAS POINTER team supports the EC in monitoring and evaluating CIVITAS Plus, a programme which funds innovative measures for sustainable and efficient urban transport. GOPA-Cartermill is responsible for establishing and implementing monitoring procedures, reporting on individual projects, and for providing recommendations on improving data collection, analysis, and reporting procedures.
